Ethereum Classic via BLIK. How strict is the verification limit?

I'm thinking of picking up some ETC while it's hovering where it is, and I saw Paybis accepts BLIK. Since I'm in Poland, that's my usual payment method. I'd rather not go through a full KYC process if I'm just starting with a smaller amount. Does anyone know if staying under the $1000 equivalent actually lets you skip ID verification? Also, how fast does the coin actually land after the BLIK payment goes through? Would appreciate any real experience.

Tested this out a couple of days ago to see how smooth it really is. Once I selected BLIK on Paybis, the sixdigit prompt came up within seconds. Confirmed with my PIN, and the ETC was already in my Paybis wallet before I could even close the app. I kept the purchase under the 1000 USD threshold, so I only had to verify my emailno document upload at all. Fees were clearly displayed upfront, no surprises. Honestly, it felt just like paying for anything else with BLIK.
